Payments & Pricing

Tactical Gear Warehouse (TGW) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. Upon reaching our checkout page, simply enter your credit card or debit card information as outlined. Please note your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of your purchase. After you complete the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation via email that will display all applicable charges. 

Prepaid Credit or Gift Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express pre-paid credit or gift cards. If you're unsure of the amount available on your card, it's recommended you check it's balance before checking out in an effort to avoid any issues. During the checkout process, be sure the billing address matches the address used when registering the card, otherwise your transaction will be declined. If this occurs, please contact the card-issuing bank.

PayPal

We currently do not accept Paypal. 

Pre-authorizations

You might notice what looks like a pending charge from $.01 up to $5 from us when viewing your credit or debit card account information online. This is not a charge, it is a pre-authorization. Pre-authorizations are only used to confirm that a card is valid before we attempt to charge the full order amount. These pre-authorizations are automatically voided immediately after they process. Sometimes it might take a few business days for voided transactions to fall completely off your credit or debit card account. Don't worry, we will never attempt to capture these funds under any circumstances.

Backorders

If you order an item that is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer, we collect payment at the time of purchase. You will receive an email notice about your backorder with an estimated shipping date. If you are not interested in waiting, please contact our customer service team via e-mail: info@tacticalgearwarehouse.com. We will be happy to recommend an alternative style or simply refund your purchase. 

Declined Payments

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your card will not be charged and no order will be processed or shipped. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card-issuing bank removes the authorization. This usually happens within 2-5 business days.  Note your card may be declined for the following reasons:

• General decline - Usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Please contact your card-issuing bank for further details.
  
  
• AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch - The billing address you entered during checkout does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement. A match is required for purchase.
  
  
• Card code mismatch - The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card, or front for AMEX, does not match what was entered during checkout. If it is thought this the issue, we recommend attempting to replace your order being sure to enter the code carefully and accurately.

Quotes

Have a large quantity order? We are happy to provide a quote. We offer competitive pricing and a quick turnaround time. If you would like to request a quote, contact us via e-mail info@tacticalgearwarehouse.com. Please note quotes will take 48-72 to generate.

Sales Tax

As required by state law, we charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida.

Pricing Information

Tactical Gear Warehouse (TGW) works diligently to maintain competitive, affordable pricing. This said, prices are subject to change without notice. In the event an item is inaccurately priced on our website, TGW reserves the right to not sell the item at the incorrect price. Standard pricing does not include shipping charges when applicable.

Promotion Guidelines

Offers are valid at time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards, donations or any special offers. Promotion codes must be entered on the shopping cart page and cannot be used in combination with any other offer. Limit one promo code per order. Gift with purchase offers have limited quantities and are limit one per order while supplies last.

Products purchased together at a discounted rate can only be shipped together. In the case of a backorder, please note that the promotional priced items may be delayed until the unavailable product can also be shipped.

Tactical Gear Warehouse may occasionally revise this policy to reflect changes in our products, services or website. If we make material changes to this policy or to any of our privacy practices regarding personal information, we will update this statement and post a notice with the date of the change below.
